Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is powered off before placing it back in its original box with all included cables.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your item and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns processing center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
